Tom Courts of Burntisland

In his hometown of Lochgelly, Tom Courts Senior started his business in 1967. Less than a decade later the Courts and the company were relocated to nearby Burntisland. It was here in 1986 that Tom Courts Junior joined his father as an apprentice. With the two together, it marked the beginning of a family run business that would span decades.

Thomsons of Thornton

Thomson of Thornton are a family owned business since 1959, they supply local shops and restaurants. They pride themselves on great products and service.  All their products are produced on the premises. Pies Burgers Sausages Puddings.

 

Ivan Wood and Sons Ltd Ballingry

Ivan Wood & Sons is a family run business established in 1970. The company is a market leader in the preparation and supply of quality fresh and pre-prepared fruit and vegetables to the the catering trade.

The business was originally started at the Farm which is located approximately 200 metres from the current warehouse by Ivan and Ada Wood. The business quickly grew and moved to the current custom built premises at Eastfield, Navity Farm, Ballingry. This has more than doubled in size and continues to expand to meet the growing demand for fresh, hand prepared produce.

Stuarts Bakers and Butchers of Buckhaven

Stuart’s is a sixth-generation family bakers and butchers with shops and outlets serving Fife and the surrounding areas. Stuart’s started out as a bakers in Buckhaven, but began sourcing meat in the 1960’s to guarantee the quality of the filling in their speciality pies and consequently became Stuart’s the Bakers and Butchers.

 

Brodies of Edinburgh

For 150 years, the name Brodies has been synonymous with the finest tea and coffee blends from around the world.
